Job Description
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes Hospitals, Doctors, other health care professionals.
- Promoting the organization and products
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue.
- Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and market success.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
Requirement:
- 5-6 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
